- Contain the Threat – If possible, disconnect affected devices from the network to prevent spread.
- Assess Impact – Gather details of the incident (e.g., affected systems, error messages, unusual activity).
- Escalation & Response – Our team will investigate, contain, and resolve the issue following our incident response protocol.
Outside Working Hours:
- Leave a Voicemail – Call 01749 685151 and leave a detailed voicemail.
- Email Notification – Send an email to support@gatenbyservices.co.uk outlining the issue.
- Initial Mitigation – If safe to do so, isolate affected systems from the network.
- Next Steps – A team member will review the message ASAP and respond with guidance.
